mixed experience
strange locking mechanism poor cleaning
I encountered a strange locking mechanism on all toiletries. It restricted the amount of product dispensed. the cleaning service only changed towels and emptied bins, leaving floors and the bathroom uncleaned. even the tv was old and malfunctioning..

easy access good parking coffee biscuit polite staff
the hotel offers easy metro access a short distance away, which i find useful. i parked my car without problems because the parking is good. the room includes tea, coffee, biscuit, and chocolates, what a treat! the staff were very polite and helpful, answering all questions i asked.
breakfast choice was limited but everything tasted delicious, so a slight improvement on variety would be perfect.

the hotel provides easy access to the metro so i could explore. lovely walks through the dene were accessible from the hotel grounds, so i could enjoy the location. i enjoyed the parking facilities a lot, as it was simple.

my room was super clean and cozy, so i liked this a lot. the room included nice coffee, tea, biscuit and chocolates, very enjoyable. the bed was comfortable, so i slept well each night.

noble suite separate shower private sun
I stayed in a noble suite and the room was huge. twin sinks and a large separate shower highlighted the bathroom. the balcony provided a private sun spot behind the chimney stack. I sat there with tea and a drink.
my bedroom heating did not work. i was told of central control. the hotel provided a portable heater only after i complained

nice décor amazing breakfast mismatched bathroom skip scenery
The room was lovely with nice décor. It matched the aesthetics of the hotel. Breakfast was also delicious (especially the eggs!).
I booked a specific room based on the photos, but the bathroom was nothing like the picture. The scenery was a skip and fences, again nothing like the picture advertised.
